Up for sale, a 2021 Fender Hybrid II Telecaster, near-mint and complete with hangtags. The Hybrid II model is one of the finest Tele iterations ever produced by Fender Japan (and a model not available in the USA market), forward thinking in its design with numerous player-friendly features. Premium specs include Hybrid II Custom Voiced single coil pickups, parallel/series switching, USA-spec CTS pots, brass saddles, a bone nut, narrow/tall fretwire, and locking tuners. The neck is designed for today's guitarist as well, boasting a Modern C shape, 22 fret fretboard with a 9 1/2" radius, and a satin finish.
The Hybrid II Custom Voiced single coil pickups deliver a bevy of quintessential Tele tonalities; there's ample chewy twang and sparkle on tap in the bridge position, with a sweet, bell-like neck pickup and a very welcome 4th position on the blade switch, engaging both pickups in series for a particularly big and bold sound. This Hybrid II Telecaster is featherweight at 6lbs 15oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
