Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Please allow three business days (Tuesday–Saturday) to pack and ship your order. All items receive a thorough pre-flight QC and are packed with extreme care.

FedEx Express is our primary carrier, and we're happy to ship via UPS as well. USPS is our designated shipper for some pedals and certain international orders. Two-Day Air and Overnight are also available. Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery.

FedEx delivery estimates are based on when the label was generated and are revised when the item ships. FedEx scans packages at its regional sort facility rather than at pickup, so a 24-hour delay between handoff to the carrier and the first tracking scan is normal.

We use industrial 1/2" bubble wrap as our primary packing material, with additional void fill and support inside cases. Amplifiers receive an additional layer of 1" hard foam and a double-walled box. Strings are detuned, headstocks are properly supported, and impact points such as switch tips and endpins are removed for transit, along with any loose hardware. Floating bridges, for example, are removed and packed separately.

International orders are declared as "merchandise" at the full amount paid. We cannot declare anything as a gift or at a lower value. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes and duties, which may be collected on delivery.
