Up for sale, a 2013 Jackson USA Select Series RR1 Randy Rhoads in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original molded hardshell case and hangtags. This rare USA-made iteration of the Rhoads V features a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers, a Floyd Rose tremolo, and a gloss Black finish with Gold pinstriping.
The maple neck-through construction (alder body wings) results in excellent natural resonance, offering a balanced natural acoustic quality with great treble snap and detail. The Seymour Duncan JB SH-4/TB-4 humbuckers are Duncan’s most popular pickup of all time and the original hot-rodded humbucker. It’s a high output pickup, delivering a rich, versatile tone, with full and powerful lows, crisp, detailed highs, and an upper-midrange bump that adds crunch and chunk to heavy chords and translates to a singing, vocal-like quality for melodic playing.
