Up for sale, a 1983 Boss CE-3 Chorus Ensemble in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Released in the early '80s and touted as a stereo version of the popular CE-2, this pedal delivers lush classic chorus tones that edge towards the sparkly hi-fi side of things, with controls for Depth and Rate, as well as a control that lets the player select the chorus effect’s spread across the stereo field. From slow three-dimensional swirl to quick rotary-like sounds which recall a Univibe, the CE-3 covers significant tonal ground.

There are a handful of minor marks on the enclosure, with clean graphics and the original knob set intact. The black foil label is no longer present on the baseplate, while the serialized sticker is retained in the battery compartment, dating to November, 1983.
