Up for sale, a 1966 Fender Mustang Bass in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, finished in Dakota Red and complete with a G&G hardshell case. With an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard, this Mustang Bass has a smooth, broad natural acoustic response, and plugged in, the instrument offers a complex low midrange character and articulate growl. The 30" scale ensures a very fast playing experience, approximating the thump of a P Bass with the Tone knob rolled back to taste. The trebles have a sweet grind, accentuated by a fresh set of 45-100 roundwound strings. This Mustang Bass weighs only 7lbs 9oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with easy-playing action and accurate intonation.
