Up for sale, a 2005 A.C. Zemaitis PF500-Ring Custom Deluxe in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Famously played by the likes of Richie Sambora, the Zemaitis Pearl Front was designed to catch and reflect stage lights in a unique, kaleidoscopic way. This particular Zemaitis is also accompanied by a special 50th Anniversary commemorative Certificate of Authenticity, complete in its own dedicated snakeskin hardshell case with a specially-engraved truss rod cover and stopbar done by master shotgun engraver (and close friend of Tony Zemaitis) Danny O’Brien.
Weighing just 8lbs 10oz, this guitar features the all-mahogany construction expected from a Zemaitis electric, with a slim, fast-playing neck that’s capped by a bound ebony fingerboard. The DiMarzio DP103 PAF-style humbuckers deliver a balanced, well-articulated tone that’s famously warm and clean while handling distortion notably well.
