A rare, boutique Japan-made iteration of the Klon Centaur rarely seen outside its country of origin, the Sumo Stomp is a no-corners-cut klone with carefully spec'd component choices to capture the transparent, dynamic, and sonically rich characteristics of the original Centaur. Additionally, the Sumo Stomp’s compact footprint makes this a notably pedalboard-friendly klone iteration, even smaller than a KTR.

The circuit uses all hand-wired components (unlike a KTR), with premium chips, resistors and caps used throughout, in some cases exceeding the quality of original Klon componentry. And to achieve the tiny footprint, there are two boards in the pedal, stacked on top of each other. It’s an extremely elegant and unique layout to maximize the sonic potential of the Centaur circuit. The plating on the enclosure is flawless, with the sumo graphic and text etched directly through the gold.

The box and Japanese paperwork are included, along with the tiny Professional Overdrive foil label (not applied) and feet.
