Designed to help get the most out of a Kemper Profiling Amplifier, the EP1-KP sports a linear potentiometer that’s matched exactly to the specifications of KPA, engineered for a precise and natural response. The EP1-KP also has a toe switch that can be used to toggle effects on and off without requiring a separate footswitch.The EP1-KP is passive and requires no internal battery or external power source, featuring a dual output design. OUT1 is the expression pedal output, and OUT2 is the footswitch output. Cosmetic wear is limited to just a scant few faint scratches and scuffs on the edges of the enclosure; the “K Sound” sticker is still present on the lower edge, and the baseplate retains the factory protective film.
