Up for sale, a kittycasterFX Groovy Wizard Fuzz Driver in like-new condition, complete with the box and candy. Handcrafted in Portland, Oregon with premium components and psychedelic aesthetics, this boutique fuzz is adapted and extended from Jimi Hendrix’s legendary Fuzz Face. The two-transistor Groovy Wizard is far more than a mere clone, modified and voiced from the ground up to ensure the most dynamic, touch-sensitive fuzz possible.
Controls include Volume, Gain, Presence, and Contour knobs, and the Groovy Wizard can deliver everything from warm, amp-like overdrive to full-on raging buzzsaw fuzz. The circuit features a PNP germanium transistor paired with an NPN silicon transistor running up to 18 volts (also runs at 9V), enabling more tonal control, bigger tone, and more transparency for any rig.
The original box and all of the candy is included, including a handwritten note signed by kittcasterFX’s Howard Gee.
