Up for sale, an Endangered Audio Research AD4096 analog delay pedal in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original box. Handwired in Asheville, North Carolina, the AD4096 is a warm, dusky analog delay with a deceptively simple control scheme that lends itself to prolonged experimentation and produces one-of-a-kind, expressive sounds. The four simple controls are as follows:-Time adjusts overall delay time, ranging from 40-400ms-Depth controls the number of echo repeats, ranging from one to infinity, and also functions as an effective feedback control when cranked up-Delay controls the overall wet/dry mix of the effect-Echo adds a secondary delay effect, fattening the sound and adding as much lush complexity as desiredThere is a switch to toggle between normal Delay and Infinity modes and a Wet/Dry switch, which works in tandem with the Aux input for further tonal sculpting. Additionally, the Expand footswitch, when depressed, temporarily cranks the Depth control all the way for potent, expressive hits of feedback without having to adjust any knobs. When Expand is depressed, the bright LED switches from red to green. This enclosure is in great shape, with only a few minor finish chips on the edges. The original red barrely knobs are intact, and the graphics are clean. The original box is included, along with an Endangered Audio Research sticker.
