This analog reverb pedal offers four distinct types of studio-quality reverb: Spring, Hall, Plate, and Reverse. The Max’s analog wet/dry control provides a constant volume curve as the Blend knob is adjusted, as well as keeping the dry signal analog through the pedal. Simple controls include Blend and Time knobs, with a four-position rotary Reverb knob for selecting the active mode. The functionality of the Time knob changes with the selected reverb mode (but still adjusts overall decay time with each): -In Spring mode, Time dictates the length of the springs -In Hall mode, Time controls the size of the space, ranging from a small room sound to huge cathedral-esque reverb -In Plate mode, the decay time can be extended to over 30 seconds -In Reverse mode, Time controls the amount of time it takes for the reverse reverb to fade in after the initial input. With Time rolled off, the Reverse mode sounds similar to a slap-back echo. This pedal is like-new in-box, still retaining the protective plastic over the graphics, complete with the manual, factory paperwork and power supply.
