Up for sale, an EarthQuaker Devices Aqueduct vibrato pedal in like-new condition and in perfect working order, complete with the box and all paperwork and swag. This Aqueduct offers a wide array of modulation functionality in a compact, pedalboard-friendly unit, with 8 different modes ranging from expressive subtle shimmers to random warped weirdness. Controls include Rate and Depth knobs, with an 8-way variable switch to select between the different modes. The eight modes are: -Sine: smooth, classic amp-like vibrato. -Triangle: delivers a more pronounced pitch bend at the peak of each LFO cycle. -Ramp: a sharp sonar pulse followed by a rapid downward slope with a synthesizer-esque sustain and release. -Square: rigid and abrupt vibrato, producing instant trills and on/off transitions between notes. -Random: described by EQD as a “drunken master of modulation,” unpredictable and greasy, rolling off the Depth knob delivers a warped record effect, and entropy increases as Depth is cranked. -Env D (Envelope-Controlled Depth): user inputs dictate the intensity of the vibrato. Depth sets the envelope sensitivity, and the harder you dig in the more pronounced the effect becomes. -Env R (Envelope-Controlled Rate): user inputs dictate the speed of the vibrato; playing harder engages faster modulation, and Rate sets the sensitivity of the envelope. -Env P (Envelope-Controlled Pitch): nicknamed by EQD “the My Bloody Valentine setting,” this effect delivers a tremolo-like effect, wherein user input dictates frequency modulation. Depth functions as a wet/dry mix knob, and Rate sets the sensitivity and overall range of the bend. The original box is included along with all paperwork and swag.
