B.C. Rich KKW Kerry King Wartribe Signature Warlock Neck Through Electric Guitar w/ Kahler

+ shipping

Up for sale, a B.C. Rich KKW Kerry King Wartribe Signature Warlock electric guitar in exceptional, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original gigbag. This brazen, blazin’ Warlock features a Canadian hard maple neck through construction, maple body wings, and a Kahler Hybrid tremolo. Stocked with a pair of EMG pickups and wired to a PA2 preamp with 20db boost, this fiery axe is poised to melt faces.

The neck position EMG 85 features close aperture coils loaded with Alnico V magnets, and this popular EMG neck pickup is a powerful humbucker with exceptional tone and versatility. The alnico magnets provide a muscular growl and smooth lead tones, enabling you to play everything from the blues to the most extreme metal. The bridge position features a ceramic magnet EMG 81 pickup, designed for optimal note detail, enhanced high end cut, and fluid sustain. We've had this Warlock professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with fresh strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The maple neck has a medium C shaped profile with nicely rounded shoulders and lightly rolled fretboard edges, measuring .850” deep at the 1st fret and .915” at the 12th. The thick slab ebony fretboard features a 12“ radius, abalone tribal inlay, and pristine stock jumbo fretwire. The guitar plays well in all registers up the straight neck with an ideally adjusted and responsive truss rod. The scale length is shorter than the typical Warlock at 24 3/4“, and the locking nut measures 1 11/16“ in width. The Beast headstock features matching flames and a black set of Grover mini Rotomatic tuners that turn smoothly.

On the body, the electronics all function as intended, with Master Volume and Tone knobs, a three-way pickup selector, and a mini-toggle boost for the pair of EMGs. The black hardware is clean, and the Kahler Hybrid vibrato works smoothly for deep dives and broad, expressive bends, complete with the original arm. As a testament to how little this guitar has been played since new, the clear protective factory plastic is still intact on the rear battery cover. Cosmetic wear is limited to light chips at the tip of the treble side lower body point, and the tip of the bass side horn. The neck sports a pristine smooth black gloss finish.

The original B.C. Rich gigbag is included.
