This stunning P24 (Custom 24 Piezo) is decked out with the finest cosmetic appointments, truly jaw-dropping in its features and presentation, with a high gloss Laguna Dragon’s Breath nitro lacquer finish, inlaid azurite chrysocolla accents with paua outline, Blue-to-Green Gradating Birds fingerboard inlays crafted from a variety of fine gems and minerals, and smoked black/gold hardware.
Premium tonewoods, hand-selected from the PRS Private Stock Vault, include a swamp ash body with a quilted maple top, paired with a cocobolo neck and fingerboard. This P24 is loaded with a pair of PRS’s Metal (\m/) humbuckers: wound in-house at PRS, these aggressive, articulate pickups utilize both ceramic and Alnico magnets, delivering powerful and crystal clear tones perfect for both crushing gain and absolutely pristine, full-bodied cleans. Additional tonal variety comes from the pair of two-way coil taps and the undersaddle PRS Piezo System, which offers a natural, brassy warmth whether engaged independently or in tandem with the magnetic pickups, with a Blend knob to dial in the perfect ratio between the two.
