Up for sale, a 2025 Fender Traditional II 60s Jaguar in mint condition. Ostensibly new and imported directly from Tokyo, this FSR (Factory Special Run) example was made in small quantities, featuring a gloss Burgundy Mist finish with matching headstock.
A reinvention of Fender Japan's Jaguar platform, the new Traditional II 60s model features an alder body, revoiced Vintage Style Jaguar pickups, as well as USA-spec CTS pots, Switchcraft switches, and USA Fender plastic parts. Tonally, this Jag does everything a good Fender should, and these pickups dish out plenty of sparkling cut in the top end, with a slightly aggressive chime and sinewy snarl that sets this model apart. The neck pickup has a balanced, sweet sound with great clarity for strummed passages and fat lead lines. Engage the Rhythm Circuit for even darker, meatier tones (great for use with fuzz pedals) or click on the "strangle" switch in the Lead Circuit for even thinner tic-tac sounds. This guitar weighs 8lbs, setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar where we specialize in Fender Offset instruments, featuring the factory 9-42 strings, low action, and accurate intonation (string gauge and setup can be dialed in to buyer's preference at no charge upon request).

Fender Japan did an excellent job matching the tint and saturation of Burgundy Mist, and the gloss on the neck profile highlights subtle flame along the bass side of the carve.
