Up for sale, a 2025 Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray Special HH in near-mint, 100% original condition, complete with the original heavily padded Mono case and hangtags. A custom one-off example with a distinctive Sunburst-finished headstock, tonewoods include an ash body and roasted maple neck, ensuring a natural authority, midrange complexity and treble grind.
The bass retains the muscle and power of the traditional StingRay humbucker pair, and the pickup has been redesigned for this particular iteration to maintain the power and presence of its big brother, boasting neodymium magnets. The passive humbuckers are coupled to an 18-volt active preamp and 3-band EQ for maximum sonic flexibility. The pickups are punchy, round, and articulate, with innovative five-way switching for single coil options in addition to the traditional humbucker modes. Other features include Music Man's modern classic bridge, stainless steel fretwire, and new lightweight Music Man tuning machines with a finer gear ratio.
