Up for sale, a 2024 ReevesElectro TwinSound Octave Fuzz in mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original packaging. Based in Kettering, UK, Markus Reeves’ pedals are hand-wired point-to-point, featuring the highest quality components, carefully selected vintage NOS transistors, and some of the finest craftsmanship in the boutique pedal world today. This TwinSound is based on the “Push Me Pull You” circuit by early 2000s DIY legend Tim Escobeda, modified slightly to further emphasize the octave and with an Attack control for further tonal sculpting precision.

Tonally, this TwinSound is raw and aggressive, yielding tons of saturated, splatty buzzsaw goodness with unpredictable artifacts and note cancellations. The NOS vintage transistors comprise a 1968 Micro Electronics BC137, 1980 CIL BC108 (white ceramic), and 1980s Philips BC549c silver face.

The die cast enclosure features acid-etched graphics, and Reeves’ etching process imparts a gunmetal patina on the surface, unique to each pedal. The interior of the baseplate is dated 19 Jan 2024 and signed by Reeves.
