Up for sale, a 2023 Fender American Vintage II ‘51 Telecaster in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the G&G tweed hardshell case and all hangtags and case candy. Fender's most recent American Vintage series iteration on the early '50s "Blackguard" Telecaster, the American Vintage II '51 model boasts a bevy of traditional appointments including a U-shaped neck profile carve with a vintage spec 7 1/4" fingerboard radius, Pure Vintage '51 Telecaster pickups, brass bridge saddles, and a Butterscotch nitro lacquer finish

This Tele has a distinctive natural heft and rich sustain, with the midrange complexity and note attack inherent in ash as a tonewood. The Pure Vintage '51 single coils have black fiber bobbins, Alnico III magnets (including flush mounted poles on the bridge pickup), push-back cloth-covered leads, and wax potting, all features designed to maximize tone and vintage authenticity. The bridge pickup is chewy and twangy, and the neck has a bell-like fullness while retaining articulation. And the modern three-way switch wiring (Bridge, Bridge+Neck, Neck) ensures a vital sound in every pickup position. This Tele weighs 8lbs 3oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The Butterscotch gloss nitro lacquer finish has great transparency, highlighting the grain of the ash body. And while ostensibly a "used" instrument, there's barely a scratch on it. The neck profile is similarly pristine.

The original Fender G&G tweed hardshell case with red poodle interior is included, along with all hangtags and case candy.
