Featuring a gloss Monaco Yellow finish, this Jazz Bass replicates the features and unique custom colors of the International Color Series, originally offered from 1979-81. This modern, limited run iteration of the platform was made in Japan, and this example was imported directly from Tokyo.

Tonewoods include a basswood body and a maple neck, and the Vintage-Style single coil pickups deliver a range of traditional Jazz Bass tonalities. The maple fingerboard ensures a certain treble-centric growl and detailed note attack, and the Vintage-Style pickups have plenty of midrange presence. The low end is balanced and focused and the bass weighs 8lbs 15oz. This International Color Series Jazz Bass has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.
