Up for sale, a 2021 Fender Player Plus Jazz Bass V in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with a molded hardshell case. This five-string iteration of the Jazz Bass platform features a number of player-friendly modern touches including Noiseless pickups, active EQ, a satin-finished neck with medium jumbo fretwire and a 12” fretboard radius, and a HiMass bridge.
Tonewoods include an alder body and a maple neck, and this Jazz Bass V weighs 10lbs 1oz. The Noiseless Jazz Bass single coil pickups deliver quintessential Jazz Bass tonalities with (as the name would suggest) no hum; there’s plenty of presence and breadth on tap with great midrange burp and articulation, treble grind, and low end heft. Additionally, the three-band active EQ knobs offer ample tonal sculpting and boost capabilities. This Player Plus Jazz Bass V has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-128 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.
