Up for sale, a 2020 Paul Reed Smith CE-24 Semi Hollow in showroom-clean, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original padded gigbag and all hangtags. Tonewoods include a semi-hollow mahogany body and bookmatched flame maple top finished in Faded Blue Smokeburst, with a maple neck and slab rosewood fretboard.The 85/15 humbuckers were designed to have remarkable clarity as well as extended high and low end. The Push/Pull Tone control coil taps both humbuckers for sparkling single coil tonalities alongside the richer humbucker sounds. Featherweight at 6lbs 14oz, this PRS has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with fresh 10-46 strings, low action and spot-on intonation.The maple neck has PRS’ Pattern Thin profile, a nicely rounded medium depth C-shaped carve with a satin nitro lacquer finish, measuring .830” deep at the 1st fret and .895” at the 12th. The slab rosewood fretboard has a 10” radius, Birds in Flight inlay, and flawless medium jumbo fretwire. The guitar plays cleanly in all registers up the 25" scale with a straight neck and responsive, optimally-adjusted truss rod. The nut measures 1 11/16” in width, and the PRS Low Mass locking tuners turn smoothly and ensure ideal tuning stability.Electronics include the 85/15 humbuckers wired to a three-way pickup selector switch and Master Volume and Tone knobs, the latter of which has a push/pull global coil tap. The PRS patented molded tremolo system is smooth and responsive, with gleaming nickel plating. The deep, tight bookmatched flame figuring on the carved two-piece maple top is framed by the gloss Faded Blue Smokeburst finish. There's barely a scratch on the body, and the satin finish on the neck profile is equally pristine.The original gigbag is included, along with the hangtags, which date to October 8, 2020.
