Up for sale, a 2020 Fender Hybrid 60s Jazzmaster in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, upgraded with a Mastery M1 bridge and hardshell case. A rare, discontinued model not intended for the USA market and only sold within Japan, this Jazzmaster features an Olympic White gloss finish.
A reinvention of Fender Japan's Jazzmaster platform, the Hybrid 60s model features USA-made Fender Jazzmaster V-Mod single coils and a satin neck finish, as well as USA-spec CTS pots, locking Kluson-style tuners, and a U-shaped neck carve with medium jumbo fretwire and a modern 9 1/2" radius. The tonewood complement includes an alder body, maple neck, and thick slab rosewood fretboard. A textbook example of everything to love about the Jazzmaster, the instrument has plenty of twang and sparkle on tap, with a range of powerful and defined tones from the two single coil pickups, and warm, wooly sounds when switched to the Rhythm Circuit on the guitar's lower body horn. Weighing 7lbs 14oz, this Jazzmaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
