Up for sale, a Dwarfcraft Eau Claire Thunder Boris Evol Edition fuzz pedal in near mint condition and perfect working order. With Dwarfcraft sadly ceasing production in 2020, this fuzz was their final product, a limited run of their flagship pedal, the Eau Claire Thunder fuzz. Produced in partnership with Japanese experimental doom rockers, Boris, this limited run Eau Claire features graphics commemorating the Love & Evol double album (particularly the Evol back end of this work). The Eau Claire Thunder fuzz is a classic Muff styled distortion and sustain pedal, with a few Dwarfcraft twists. Most notably, a bypassable mid-scoop lends a clarity and cut to heavier tones without sacrificing low end fullness. Volume, Tone, and Distortion controls are all active, as well as the Timewarp toggle, which flips between the traditional hi-fi sound and a more blunted stoner-rock-type sound. Toneblast bypasses the tone control, giving you more midrange and a bunch more volume. You can tap the Feedback stomper at any time to trigger a momentary integrated feedback loop for cool extra noisy flavor. The Trim control rolls back your input signal, useful in case of muddiness caused by hotter pickups. The Eau Claire Thunder fuzz pedal has the most low end of any Dwarfcraft stompbox and is a perfect pairing with a bass guitar.
