Up for sale, a 2000 B.C. Rich USA Custom Shop Beast in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. The Beast is arguably the most aggressive, eye-catching B.C. Rich model produced to date (no small feat, considering all the boundary-pushing instruments the company has produced over the decades). This modern iteration was crafted in the USA at B.C. Rich Custom Shop, boasting premium components including EMG pickups, abalone diamond inlays, Grover Super Rotomatic tuners, and a hardtail Tune-o-matic bridge.
The maple neck-through construction ensures fantastic sustain, resonance and note attack. The EMG 85 pickup pair feature Alnico V magnets and close aperture coils, offering incredible high end cut, fluid sustain, and noiseless performance, engineered so that lead work will slice through even the densest mix with an aggressive snarl. The neck pickup is powerful and broad, while the bridge has a white-hot bite perfect for heavy distortion. This Beast weighs 9lbs 3oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
