Up for sale, a 2019 ESP Edwards E-SA-160LTS semi-hollow 335-style electric guitar in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with original hardshell case and hangtags. A premium Japanese-made interpretation of the 335 platform, the E-SA-160LTS features a solid carved hard maple top and back, factory-installed USA-made Seymour Duncan pickups, and an immaculate semi-gloss Black nitro lacquer finish.

Unlike a Gibson ES-335 which has all laminate body construction, this Edwards boasts a solid, carved maple top and back, delivering a cutting midrange and a bold, muscular low end thanks to the mahogany center block construction. Dynamic and clear, these qualities translate well through the USA-made Seymour Duncan humbuckers, with an SH-2N Jazz in the neck position and SH-14 Custom 5 at the bridge. The SH-2N boasts an Alnico V bar magnet and a special coil wind for a glassy, crisp treble response and full bass, while the mids are pulled back slightly to help each note sing clearly even with high gain. The SH-14 is a brighter, Alnico V version of the popular ‘59 humbucker, combining classic PAF tones (even treble and bass response with scooped mids) with a modern, high-output construction. The guitar weighs 7lbs 14oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.

The mahogany neck has a modestly chunky C-shaped profile carve with generous shoulder, measuring .845" deep at the 1st fret and .955" at the 12th. The bound rosewood fretboard features pearloid dot inlay and the original flawless medium jumbo fretwire. The guitar plays easily up the 24 3/4" scale with a straight neck and responsive, optimally-adjusted truss rod. The nut measures 1 11/16" in width, hand-carved from bone for optimal note clarity and sustain. The headstock has a traditional "open book" shape, and the Deluxe-stamped, Kluson-style Gotoh SD90-SL tuners turn smoothly and hold pitch well.

On the body, all of the electronics function as intended, with dedicated Volume and Tone knobs for each humbucker and a three-way pickup selector toggle. The nickel plating shines like new on the ABR-1-style bridge, stopbar, and pickup covers. The semi-gloss Black nitro lacquer finish is framed by factory ambered body and neck binding, and cosmetic wear is limited to some very minor scuffing along a pick path, as well as a few very light scratches in the finish on the back. The finish on the neck profile is flawless.

The original black tolex hardshell case is included, as is the original manual and warranty card.
