Out Of Stock
Up for sale, a 2018 Edwards by ESP model E-LP-130CD/P electric guitar in like-new condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original padded gigbag. An uncommon iteration of the Black Beauty platform, this left-handed Edwards is outfitted with a stock set of USA-made Seymour Duncan P-90 pickups. Featuring a carved hard maple top, mahogany back and neck, and ebony fretboard, these tonewoods ensure plenty of natural warmth, definition, and glassy treble articulation. The Seymour Duncan P-90s are wound with plain enamel wire on the same Leesona pickup winder that Gibson used for their 1950's P-90 bobbins, and these hot single coils have plenty of rich midrange, dynamic bark and rich, cutting roar. Weighing 8lbs 10oz, this Edwards has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, accurate intonation, and low action.

The mahogany neck has a full '50s-style C shaped profile with round shoulders, measuring .870” deep at the 1st fret and .910” at the 12th. The bound ebony fretboard features pearloid block inlay and pristine fretwire. The guitar plays cleanly in every register up the straight neck with an ideally adjusted and responsive truss rod. The scale length is 24 3/4“, and the bone nut measures 1 11/16“ in width. The bound headstock is distinctive for retaining an "open book" shape, featuring gold Gotoh tuning machines with metal tulip buttons that turn smoothly and hold pitch as they should.

The electronics function as intended, with the factory-installed Seymour Duncan P-90s wired to a three-way pickup selector switch and full-size ESP-branded pots, offering individual Volume and Tone knobs for each pickup. The gold hardware shines like new, comprising an ABR-1-style bridge and corresponding stopbar, and plastics include a quartet of witch hat knobs. The factory clear protective plastic is still present on the truss rod cover and rear switch cover, a testament to how little this guitar has been played since new. Cosmetically, this guitar is showroom clean with a pristine Ebony gloss finish on the body and neck profile.

The original padded ESP gigbag is included.
