Up for sale, a 2018 Danocaster S-Series double-cut aged ‘56-spec guitar in mint conditon, complete with the original hangtag and a Fender Custom shop hardshell case. One of the most celebrated and in-demand builders of the modern era, Dan Strain’s guitars capture the zeitgeist of Fender’s golden age. This very faithful spin on a ‘56 Stratocaster is an homage to Dan’s personal 1956 Strat, with an alder body, soft V neck carve, Raw Vintage steel tremolo block and a set of Bill Lawrence noiseless Strat pickups.
With a clear, balanced natural acoustic quality and plenty of ‘50s Strat bounce and cut, the Bill Lawrence pickups are impeccably detailed, crystal clear, and hum-free, ideal for spanky cleans and rich, textured drive. This Danocaster weighs 7lbs 8oz, professionally set up here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with fresh 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
