Up for sale, a 2017 Fender American Professional Jazzmaster in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case, hangtags, and CoA. This discontinued Jazzmaster model features a stripped-down control layout, CTS 500k pots, a Modern “Deep C” neck carve with a smooth satin finish, V-Mod Jazzmaster single coil pickups, and an upgraded Mastery M1 bridge.
Weighing 8lbs 9oz, tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, delivering a smooth, balanced sound. The V-Mod Jazzmaster pickups were developed by Michael Frank with taller coils, longer magnet slugs, and a narrower wire bundle, producing enhanced mids while maintaining articulation. These pickups are governed by single Volume and Tone knobs wired to a three-way pickup selector toggle, offering a trio of distinct tones for everything from crystal clear snap and bridge position chime to neck position heft and fullness.
