Up for sale, a 2015 Santa Cruz 1929/000 in near-mint condition, complete with the original hardshell case and hangtags. For decades, Santa Cruz has built a reputation for crafting masterfully-built instruments, and the 1929 series of instruments represent an elevated take on some of the most iconic acoustics of all time, Martin’s legendary Pre-War all-mahogany guitars, with top-notch appointments and unparalleled attention to detail.
As with all SCGC instruments, this 1929/000 features the best available tonewoods, voiced and tuned, with the mahogany body and neck paired with an ebony fingerboard and pyramid bridge. With scalloped X-bracing on the top, this 1929/000 really sings, with a powerful, warm voicing and exceptional string-to-string balance across all strings and in all registers.
