Up for sale, a 2015 Gibson Memphis ES-Les Paul Bass in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. Produced for only a few short years before Gibson shuttered their Memphis, TN factory, this short scale semi-hollow Gibson bass is unique among Gibson's four-string offerings, loaded with a pair of Gibson's MHS (Memphis Historic Spec) humbuckers.
The semi-hollow maple body is paired with a one-piece mahogany neck and bound rosewood fretboard, featherweight at only 6lbs 12oz. Acoustically, the bass offers plenty of sustain and tonal breadth, and despite their Thunderbird-esque appearance, the pickups are much more conservatively wound with a PAF-centric wind that allows for more dynamic range, low end bloom and sweet treble growl. Strung with fresh 45-100 roundwound strings, this ES-Les Paul Bass is dialed in with easy-playing action and accurate intonation.

The Goldtop gloss finish is contrasted with subtly translucent Walnut-finished back and rims, and cosmetic wear includes a couple small dings on top, some splitting of the plastic across the knobs (all fit securely on the pot shafts), and some light buckle scuffing in the clear coat on the back. There is some light chipping of the gloss on the edges of the headstock face tapering towards the nut, and the smooth nitro gloss on the neck profile shows faint wear in the clear coat along the bass-side shoulder.
