Out Of Stock
Up for sale, a 2014 Weber Gallatin A-style mandolin in showroom clean, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. Handcrafted in Bend, Oregon, this A-style mandolin features a solid Sitka spruce top, flame maple back, sides and neck, and an ebony fretboard and bridge. The mandolin has ample projection, with a pronounced midrange chime and percussive cut. The string courses have plenty of presence and punch, and the tonewoods ensure a glassy treble character and articulation. Professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar, this Weber is dialed in with brand new bronze strings and low action.

The maple neck has a U shaped profile that measures .820” deep at the 1st fret and .880” at the 5th. The slab ebony fretboard features diamond inlay and pristine slender fretwire. The scale length is 14”, and the bone nut measures 1 1/8“ in width. The headstock features an ebony veneer with Weber inlay, and the stock strip tuners turn smoothly and hold pitch well with nigh flawless plating and pearloid lollipop buttons.

On the body, the adjustable ebony bridge features a compensated saddle, and the tailpiece features a large “W” insignia. Inside the bass side f-hole, the label is present with model info and Bruce Weber’s signature. Cosmetically, there's barely a scratch on the instrument, with a pristine satin finish highlighting the flame figuring in the maple.

The original hardshell case is included, along with the Weber hangtag.
