Up for sale, a 2014 Gibson Thunderbird IV in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and hangtags. Part of the 120th Anniversary line of Gibson instruments, the 2014 Thunderbird features mahogany/walnut nine-piece neck-through body construction with mahogany wings.
As its name would suggest, this bass thunders and growls with the best, producing incredible low end thump and grind. Featuring black hardware, a three-point bridge, and an uncommon Cherry gloss nitro lacquer finish, the Thunderbird delivers the goods via two imposing TB Plus ceramic magnet humbuckers. This Thunderbird benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 50-105 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.
