Up for sale, a 2014 Gibson Les Paul Custom Classic Lite in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This uncommon iteration of the Les Paul platform, produced in limited quantities, was designed to deliver the tone and aesthetics of the Les Paul Custom in a slender, significantly lighter (and much more back-friendly) package.
Weighing just 7lbs 7oz, traditional tonewoods include a slender mahogany body with a belly carve capped by a two-piece lightly figured maple top, mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fretboard. The 490R and 498T humbuckers have a wide tonal palette, with the Alnico II magnets in the neck pickup offering more chime and warmth, while the Alnico V bridge pickup has a snarl that cuts through with classic Gibson roar. The two-way Coil Tap mini-toggle enables single coil spank and bite.
