Up for sale, a 2013 Gibson Les Paul Custom Lite in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with a hardshell case. Produced for just a couple short years, this uncommon iteration of the Les Paul platform was designed to deliver the tone and aesthetics of the Les Paul Custom in a slender, significantly lighter (and much more back-friendly) package.
Weighing just 7lbs 15oz, traditional tonewoods include a slender mahogany body with a belly carve capped by a two-piece maple top, mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fretboard. The 490R and 498T humbuckers have a wide tonal palette, with the Alnico II magnets in the neck pickup offering more chime and warmth, while the Alnico V bridge pickup has a snarl that cuts through with classic Gibson roar. The two-way Coil Tap mini-toggle enables single coil spank and bite.
