Up for sale, a 2012 Gibson Limited Edition Les Paul Traditional 12-String in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This rare 12-string iteration of the Les Paul Traditional platform was produced in limited quantities, with just 225 pieces made, 75 of which featured a gloss Ebony nitro lacquer finish.
Traditional tonewoods include a weight-relieved mahogany body, carved maple top, mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fingerboard, and this Les Paul Traditional 12-String weighs 10lbs. The pair of ‘57 Classic PAF humbuckers offer a smooth bass register, tailored midrange, and sweet, articulate trebles, consistent with Gibson's golden era vintage "Patent Applied For" pickups. The pickups have ample clarity and power, with a slightly hotter bridge pickup and a sweet, round neck position humbucker that has great bloom and complex harmonic content. This Les Paul Traditional 12-String has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
