Up for sale, a 2012 Edwards by ESP E-LP-92CD in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with hangtags. An uncommon instrument made in Japan under ESP's "Edwards" banner, this guitar is a faithful iteration of the LP Custom, featuring a bound ebony fretboard, gold hardware, a Snow White finish, and a pair of USA-made Seymour Duncan humbuckers.
Tonewoods include a mahogany body, carved maple top, and a mahogany neck, and this E-LP-92CD weighs 9lbs 6oz. The Seymour Duncan humbuckers include an SH-1 PAF in the neck position and an SH-4 JB at the bridge. The SH-1 PAF was designed in the spirit of the original PAF, sensitive to picking dynamics and offering rich harmonic content, with spongy lows, sweet treble growl and excellent articulation. The SH-4 JB is Duncan’s original hot-rodded humbucker, with powerful low end, crisp highs, and a slight midrange bump that adds crunch and chunk to heavy chords and translates to a singing, vocal-like quality when playing melodic lines. This Edwards E-LP-92CD has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
