Up for sale, a 2011 Fender Mustang ‘69 vintage reissue model MG69 in near-mint condition and in perfect working order. Lightweight at 7lbs, the crisp, clear voice of the instrument when strummed acoustically translates well through the pair of alnico magnet single coil pickups. When both on/off/on pickup selector switches are at their innermost or outermost points, the quack and spank of this out-of-phase setting is unique to the Mustang. There's plenty of tonal range between the two pickups, with meatier sounds when the neck pickup is soloed and more aggressive twang at the bridge.
