Weighing 9lbs 4oz, this bass has ample natural sustain and punch, and the fit and finish of this Jazz Bass rivals Fender’s American Vintage line of instruments. The stock USA-made pickups deliver the goods, tonally: these pickups have plenty of sweet midrange and articulate growl, with a clear treble response and broad thump on tap when you dial back the Tone knob. This JB62-US has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-105 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.
