About as close as a pedal can get to capturing the warmth and overall vibe of a classic ‘60s spring reverb tank, the Sole-Mate combines a real onboard reverb tank with solid-state circuitry, resulting in a unit that delivers classic tonalities with modern stability and consistency.
The simple controls include Output Level and Dwell knobs, and the Sole-Mate runs on 12VAC power. The MOD reverb tank is a three-spring design, and this pedal ranges from subtle atmosphere to full-on cavernous echo. Additionally, the Aux Jack input and footswitch enable footswitch control of your amp’s tremolo or other non-momentary switching duties, making the relatively large footprint of the Sole-Mate conducive to playing well with your setup.
