Up for sale, a 2008 Fender Jazz Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model JB62 in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This “Crafted in Japan” Jazz Bass was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, uncommon outside of its country of origin.
Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this bass has a smooth, balanced natural acoustic response. The pair of single coil pickups deliver midrange warmth and articulate growl with a nice upper midrange cut from the bridge pickup and a rounder, sweeter sound with the neck pickup favored.
