2006 Yamaha LL16-12 Jumbo 12 String Acoustic Guitar w/ Case

Up for sale, a 2006 Yamaha LL16-12 jumbo 12 string acoustic guitar in exceptional condition, complete with a hardshell case. Featuring a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides, this guitar benefits from Yamaha's distinctive acoustic voicing, well-suited for a 12 string with great clarity and detail. The guitar weighs 5lbs 7oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with fresh strings and easy-playing action.The two-piece mahogany neck with a central strip of rosewood has a slender soft V profile carve, measuring .835" deep at the 1st fret and .885" at the 9th. The bound rosewood fretboard retains the stock slender frets which show moderate wear, primarily beneath the plain strings on the crowns of frets 1-3, with virtually no wear further up the fretboard. The scale length is a full 25", and the nut measures a spacious 1 13/16". The headstock has a bound rosewood veneer on the face and features gold-plated tuning machines that turn smoothly and hold pitch reliably.The spruce top is framed by multi-ply binding on top with an abalone rosette, and the ebony bridge is fitted with a compensated saddle that has good height. The body measures 16 3/8" wide at the lower bout, with a full 4 5/8" body depth. There is light pick scuffing across the tortoise guard, and cosmetic wear on the gloss body finish is limited to a few faint finish scratches on the back, and a few minor scuffs on the sides, primarily at  the treble-side waist. The satin finish on the neck profile is flawless.A hardshell case is included.
