The pair of Hotrod single coil pickups have slightly larger pole pieces than traditional Jazz Bass pickups, still delivering an articulate top end and sweet, pronounced midrange cut, with a bit more boldness and low end push. This Jazz Bass weighs 9lbs 2oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and spot-on intonation.
