This rare “Crafted in Japan” Precision Bass was produced as part of the Japan-exclusive J Craft series, sporting a limited run “All Black” finish on both the body and neck, also featuring black-plated hardware.

Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard, and this PB62-72AB is lightweight at 7lbs 12oz. The Hotrod split-coil pickup features oversized pole pieces, wound slightly hotter than a standard vintage spec split-coil; this pickup yields terrific push, round and punchy with both broad thump and sweet treble growl. This Precision Bass PB62-72AB has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.
