Up for sale, a 2006 Fender 60th Anniversary FSR '69 Telecaster Thinline model in showroom clean, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with a hardshell case. A FSR (Factory Special Run) model limited to 200 pieces worldwide, this Telecaster boasts an Arctic White gloss finish and matching headstock.A notably rare model, this Telecaster features a semi-hollow mahogany body, capturing the feel and tonal characteristics of a genuine vintage example. Via the original single coil pickup pair, there's plenty of the Tele's traditional bite, twang, and clarity on tap, as well as a warmth and smooth note attack thanks to the body wood and semi-hollow construction. This Tele will growl and cut like few can, while being extremely easy on the back at only 6lbs 9oz. Professionally setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar, this Thinline has been restrung with 10-46 strings and dialed in for optimal action and intonation.The one-piece maple neck has a slender C-shaped profile carve with modest shoulder and lightly rolled fretboard edges, measuring .825" deep at the 1st fret and .855" at the 12th. The maple fretboard has a vintage spec 7 1/4" radius with slender frets that show only light wear on the crowns beneath the plain strings on frets 1-6. The guitar plays easily up the 25 1/2" scale with a straight neck and responsive, optimally adjusted truss rod. The nut measures 1.650" in width, and the Arctic White-finished headstock features Fender "F" tuning machines, along with the 60th Anniversary diamond badge, FSR sticker, and MZ6-prefix serial number, dating to 2006.The electronics function flawlessly, with a three-way pickup selector switch and Master Volume and Tone controls governing the single coil pickup pair. The chrome plating on the hardware is flawless, and there's barely a scratch on the Arctic White gloss finish.A hardshell case with a zippered gray cloth exterior is included.
