2006 Epiphone by Gibson Les Paul Special Lacquer Series TV Yellow w/ P-90s, Japan Fujigen

+ shipping

Up for sale, a 2006 Epiphone by Gibson Les Paul Special Lacquer Series in 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Crafted exclusively for the Japanese domestic market at the Fujigen factory alongside the top shelf Elitist line, this Les Paul Special was part of the limited Lacquer Series run, featuring a TV Yellow gloss nitro lacquer finish.

Tonewoods include solid mahogany body and neck construction, and this Les Paul is notably lightweight at a mere 7lbs. The P-90 pickup pair channels a natural growl and midrange heft with smooth, glassy articulation, offering both dynamic clean tones and rich, overdriven roar. This Les Paul Special has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.

Cosmetic wear on the gloss TV Yellow nitro lacquer finish includes buckle rash across the back, a number of minor dings on the body as a whole, and a few chips through to the mahogany along the lower bout perimeter. The neck profile retains its smooth gloss, with a couple shallow nicks along the profile length that have no impact on playability.

The original Gibson-branded padded gigbag is included.
