A rare double cutaway iteration of the classic Duo Jet design indicative of the 1962 model year, this Gretsch has the traditional tonewood combination of a maple top and chambered mahogany body.

Loaded with Filter'Tron humbucking pickups, this Jet has a broad sonic range, offering a punchy, sparkling bridge position sound that has plenty of muscle and breadth. The neck pickup is fat and smooth, with a distinctive thickness and bark that retains enough clarity for complex chording. Featherweight at 6lbs 11oz, this Gretsch has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
