Up for sale, a 2004 Rickenbacker Prototype 325C58 “Blue Boy” in near-mint condition, complete with the original hardshell case. An extremely unique Rickenbacker model, this custom color Blue Boy F hole model is from a storied run of 12 prototypes made from C series test bodies, commissioned by a primary player on the team that developed the C series guitars and identifiable by the "NT" markings inside the control cavity (this is 11 of 12).
A short scale Rickenbacker that truly captures the classic jangle and percussive rhythm familiar to any Beatles fan, the 325C58 features a semi-hollow alder body that has a distinctive natural acoustic resonance. The scatterwound Toaster Top pickups offer distinct flavors in each pickup position, and this Ric has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with fresh 12-52 roundwound strings, low action and accurate intonation.
