The MG Vintage single coil pickups have a clear, cutting tone, and the on/off/on pickup selector switches can also engage the distinctive Mustang out-of-phase sound. The guitar is featherweight at 6lbs 15oz, and the crisp, jangling voice when strummed acoustically translates well through the pickups. The ambered gloss on the neck profile is flawless.
