Up for sale, a 2004 Fender Jaguar HH Bottom Master baritone model JGB-95HFZ in near-mint condition, complete with hangtags. A very rare “Crafted in Japan” model, this guitar features a built-in six-transistor fuzz circuit and a 28 1/2“ scale length (tuned B to B), providing an effective hybrid between a Jaguar and a Bass VI.
Weighing 8lbs 10oz, tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard. The Bottom Master’s specially-wound Dragster-J humbuckers open up a thick, midrange-heavy tonal spectrum that serves as the perfect platform for the built-in fuzz circuit. Located where the Rhythm Circuit would otherwise be found, this feature is really the star of the show, similar to a Fender Blender in its over-the-top power, thick sizzle and harmonic overtones. This Bottom Master Jaguar has been professionally dialed in here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 24-84 roundwound strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
