Up for sale, a 2004 Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass model AJB-65 in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hangtags. A “Crafted in Japan” exclusive model uncommon outside of its country of origin, this Aerodyne bass is unique both visually and sonically, combining a PJ pickup configuration and bound, contoured body with the sleek looks and comfortable 1 1/2“ nut width of the Jazz Bass.
This bass features a basswood body and a maple neck capped with a slab rosewood fretboard, delivering a smooth, balanced natural acoustic quality. The pickups offer the thump and growl of the Precision split-coil, balanced by the midrange cut and articulation of a Jazz Bass single coil at the bridge.
